Directions For Use:

• Take 170ml of previously boiled lukewarm water or 200ml of milk

• Add five scoops (approx. 45g) in water or three scoops ( approx. 27g) in the milk of Prohance Junior

• Stir continuously until dissolved and consume immediately

• Recommended serves per day – 2 times or as advised by Physician or dietician
