Membership plan is currently offered at introductory price and is liable to change at Tata 1mg's discretion. In case of any updation in the membership fee, you don't have to pay anything extra for your ongoing plan. However, the plan renewals will happen at updated prices only.

Discounts are subject to a maximum capping for all users on the 1mg platform. Care Plan members get an extra 2% discounts on prescription medicine along with a higher maximum capping for these discounts, as compared to non-care plan users. The maximum capping at any given point in time is dependent on the platform offer that is live. As an example, if the platform offers a discount of 25% on medicines for normal users with Rs. 800 as the maximum capping, then a care plan member is eligible for an extra 2% discount on top of it, with a maximum capping that can go as high as Rs.2870.

Disqualification of a Care Plan member, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud and misuse of benefits may result in termination of his/her membership and will not be eligible to become a member once again.
