Kalimirch or Black pepper is a commonly found spice in every house. It has various medicinal properties such as anti-asthmatic, antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory. It helps to manage cough, throat infections, fever and relieves stress and anxiety. Traditionally it is used to control diarrhea and also helps to manage diabetes and high blood pressure. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plain water to avoid redness and burning[1-3][6].
