Pudina is also known as brown mint, garden mint and lady’s mint. Pudina is a rich source of polyphenols and has a characteristic aromatic odor and pungent taste. Pudina possesses various pharmacological activities like antispasmodics, antioxidant, antimicrobial, insecticidal and antiplatelet. It helps in managing cold, flu, toothache, skin conditions, respiratory and gastrointestinal problems[1][2].

1. Pudina Tablets
a. Take 1-2 Pudina tablets.
b. Swallow it with water 1-2 times a day after meals.

a. Take 15-20 Pudina drops.
