Directions for Use:

• Mix each 1 gm of NiQu HMoF sachet in 25 ml of mother’s milk (expressed or donor milk) or
  mix each 0.6 gm of NiQu HMoF sachet in 15 ml of mother’s milk (expressed or donor milk) or suggested by the healthcare professional

• Using a measuring jar, pour the required amount of mother's milk (expressed or donor milk) in a sterile container

• Add the complete contents of the sachet into the container

• Stir well to ensure powder is completely dissolved in mother’s milk

• Any left-over feed is to be discarded and fresh feed is to be prepared every time

• Do not store the sachets or the prepared feed in the refrigerator or freezer
