- Dinoprostone helps induce labor in women, who are ready to deliver a full term baby.
- It is only used in a hospital or clinic by your doctor.
- Your doctor may ask you to lie down for at least 30 minutes after receiving Dinoprostone to keep the medication in place.
- A second dose of medicine may be given if contractions are not strong enough.
