Levofloxacin + Azithromycin is a combination of two medicines: Levofloxacin and Azithromycin. Levofloxacin works by preventing the bacteria from reproducing and repairing themselves. Azithromycin stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach pain, Headache, Dizziness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping)
