How Pseudoephedrine + Bromhexine + Diphenhydramine works
Pseudoephedrine, bromhexine and diphenhydramine which relieve cough. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels, which provide temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Diphenhydramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Nausea, Bloating, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Nervousness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Restlessness, Headache, Sweating, Skin rash, Impaired coordination, Upper abdominal pain, Thickened respiratory tract secretions
