Coriandrum sativum possesses refrigerant, stimulant, diuretic and antibacterial properties while Cuminum cyminum acts as antispasmodic and antimicrobial. Tribulus terrestris, in ALKA 5 syrup possess diuretic, lithotriptic properties, thus ALKA 5 besides being a urinary alkalizer also facilitates flushing of urinary calculi.
