Great product. Helps with my age old chronic constipation I find this better than the non-poewered pure husk isabel because that causes me gas and a bit of bloating. I take 1 spoon in the morning before going to the toilet and once again before going to the toilet in the evening I drink 1 full glass of 300ml water with 1 spoon it makes me feel thirsty later so I drink 1-2 more glasses of water in the next 15 minutes after taking it. I wish I had started taking this in childhood clearly my sidelong constipation issues have just been due to lack of fibres
