Directions For Use:

• For cold compress: Keep custom gel hot cold pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before using

• For hot compress: There are two ways to make it hot, put it in a microwave oven before use for only 20 seconds, or boil the water in the vessel and immerse the gel pouch in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Remove carefully, wipe it dry and insert it in the pouch/belt
