Gelusil Mps Xtracool Blue Syrup is a therapeutic digestive medication containing a balanced mix of Aluminium hydroxide, Dimethicone, and Magnesium hydroxide. Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid. Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas. It is also sugar-free and is generally well tolerated.
