Directions for Use

• Dissolve the content of one packet in 200 ml of lukewarm water

• Stir thoroughly until dry ingredients have completely dissolved

• Take the hypertonic saline solution in a squeeze bottle

• Tilting the head, pour water in one nostril

• Gentle and Intermittent pressing through fingers is required for proper flow of content instead of hard and continuous pressing

• Proper head position allows the solution to flow through the nose by gravity

• The water will freely flow through one nostril, comes out through the other, pulls along allergens and thick mucus

• Once completed, exhale through both nostrils to clear excess mucus and solution

• Repeat the procedure through the other nostril
