Directions For Use:
Flow setting should be only be adjusted under the advice of a physician. The O2 concepts of Oxygen concentrator should only be used on a prescription basis for the supplemental oxygen.

Device setup:

• Press the power button to turn the on/off device

• Press the (m) button to change the modes which are continuous and pulse mode

• Press the increase or decrease buttons to select the flow rate as prescribed by the doctor

Maintenance: Routine cleaning of the air intake filter, as described below, is the only routine maintenance. The Oxlife Independence and its parts require maintenance at the end of the 4-year service life or as required, determined by your care provider. There is no routine maintenance or service to the O2 Concepts of rechargeable batteries.

Cleaning:

• Unplug power supplies before cleaning

• Do not use alcohol, ethylene chloride or petroleum-based cleaners on the case or power supplies

• Clean the machine of your device using a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent and water

• Do not spray or soak the device or front panel

Contraindications:

• Not for use in the presence of aerosol sprays or flammable anaesthetics

• The Oxlife Independence is not appropriate for any patient who would experience adverse health consequences as a result of a temporary interruption in oxygen therapy

• The availability of an alternate source like a mini cylinder for supplemental oxygen is strongly recommended in the case of power supply failure or mechanical failure of the device
