Directions For Use: 
Sanfe Menstrual Cup:

• Wash your hands properly for 20 seconds and take out the cup

• Fold the cup into U-shape and get it into a comfortable position before putting it into the vagina

• Insert finger in the vagina and gently press on the sidewall of the vagina

• Pull out the stem by a gentle pinch to remove suction

• Wash the cup with hot water after emptying the blood in the toilet
