Directions For Use:
Shift your weight to your strong side. Keep crutch on your side to gain stability. Shift your weight from healthy leg to your arms, swinging your body through crutches when it takes the weight. Put your healthy leg forward. Repeat the movement. While standing, keep it 8-10 inches in front of you. Do not take support from armpits use hand grips for proper support.
