Take augmentin 625 mg tds fir 7 days Any cough syrup available Steam Saline gargles

Hello, antibiotics should be used only if there is evidence of bacterial infection. Continue anti fever control. Also start syp Alerid 2.5 ml once daily for the next 5 days.

Betadine gargles thrice daily Tab rabicip l before breakfast
