Hello PATIENT to 1mg. This problem is very common with diabetes patient. My personal advice is lifestyle changes like exercising, don't wear tight cloths, do pelvic kegal exercise, do lot of foreplay. There are medications but they have side effects so i dont advice first. But i strongly recommend to start healthy life with no stress at all with some antioxidant vitamins and healthy diet. You may take vitamin like DHEA cap, L arginine and herbal ashwagandha capsule. Concentrate on Yoga and meditation and also take help from your partner while foreplay. Hv gone fasting sugar and 75 gms glucose intake. The result was 109 and 307 respectively. Again consulted to doctor and doctor hv prescribed obimet sr 500mg. Taken 15 days but usually i was taking tea with sugar and little bit excercise. Again only fasting test done and the result is 119. That is comparatevely greater than before test report.
