Hello About 6 months ago I passed through brain stem glioma tumor surgery. After surgery my right eye becomes red and dry. Tears are not producing and the eyelid is not closing. I am using artificial tear drops in eye but not gaining good results. My mouth is not opens fully. Due to this I am not able to swallow food and liquid. I am not able to express facial expressions such as smile etc. When I search about all these symptoms on the Internet then I found that these symptoms are similar to Bell's palsy. So I want to ask that have I suffering from Bell's Palsy or not. If yes, then what are the proper treatment and medications for me. When I was searching for Bell's Palsy treatment then I found some drugs like PRESTIDONE and ACYCLOVIR. Should I take these drugs or not? Is these drugs have any side effects? Plz reply me as soon as possible. Thank you.
