Azanem Injection is an antibiotic used to prevent or treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. This may include infections of the urinary tract, blood, brain, ear, skin, and soft tissue, abdomen, bone, windpipe and lungs.
Azanem Injection is used to treat bacterial (germ) infections that affect various parts of the body normally leading to painful swelling and redness of the affected part causing varied problems

In Severe bacterial infections
Azanem Injection works by killing bacteria which can cause serious infections. It is used to treat many different types of bacterial infections such as infections of lungs (pneumonia), blood, brain, ear, skin, and soft tissue, abdomen, bone, windpipe and urinary tract. It is given by a doctor or nurse into a vein and should not be self-administered. Azanem Injection usually makes you feel better very quickly but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.
Side effects of Azanem Injection
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Azanem Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Azanem Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
