Start with tab lcz plus at bedtime for three days and steam.inhalation

cetcip 10 mg twice daily for 5 days

Visit ent specialist to see if it is infection or just due to cold Take steam

levofloxacin 500 mg , cetcip 10mg , syrup grilinctus 15ml all twice daily for 3 days
