Fludarither 50 Injection is used in the treatment of blood cancer called chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It may be used to treat other conditions, as determined by the doctor. It is sometimes used with certain other medicines as part of combination chemotherapy.

Fludarither 50 Injection is used to treat severe forms of a skin disease (psoriasis) and to treat several disorders of joint disorders leading to painful swelling and redness of the joints.

Fludarither 50 Injection kills or stops the growth of cancer cells and also prevents the multiplication of cancer cells. It is an effective medicine but you should discuss the side effects and benefits of this medicine with your doctor. Let your doctor know if any of the side effects bothers you.

Some people get tired, feel weak, have disturbed vision, become confused, or agitated or have seizures while they are treated with Fludarither 50 Injection and this may affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

Fludarither 50 Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fludarither 50 Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Fludarither 50 Injection is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
