    • Shake the bottle before using the medicine.

Doctor i am facing nasal congestion since last 10 years. it was rare previously however is now very frequent from last 3 years. Specially before sleeping i repeatedly have to use Otrivin drops. i use it 2-3 times a day. as per CT scan report mild deviated nasal septum is observed (report attached). based on report i was given 2 months medicines(prescription attached) but no substantial effect was observed. now doctor is recommending a surgery. Would it be a vise decision, or should i continue medicines. Is 'jal neti' effective on this. Kindly advice.
