Introduction of Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray

Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray is a combination medicine used in the treatment of nasal congestion. It helps relieve blocked nose caused by common cold or flu, hay fever, and other allergies. It works by shrinking the small blood vessels in the nose and widening the airways.

Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray is a combination of anticholinergic - COPD and sympathomimetics- alpha 1 (nasal).

Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray clears a blocked nose caused by common cold or allergies such as hay fever. This reduces congestion and helps in easy breathing. Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray contains a moisturizing agent that gives relief from dryness in the nose. It should be used as prescribed and should not be taken for more than seven days in a row (preferably less). It is advisable to talk to your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after taking Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray. Regular steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus can give you relief from a blocked nose.

Side effects of Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

How to use Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray

Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose. As you spray, breath gently and keep the head upright. Repeat the same process for the other nostrils.

Nazeflo-XI Nasal Spray

  • The right way to use the nasal spray:
    • Shake the bottle before using the medicine. 
    • Clean your nose thoroughly before using the medicine.
    • Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. 
    • Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose.
    • Breathe out gently through your mouth and repeat the same process for the other nostril.
  • Avoid deep breathing as it will cause medication to go back to the throat and make it less effective.
  • Do not share the bottle with anyone else so that you do not spread germs.
  • Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
