Ovanac-CC Tablet is a medicine used to treat female infertility. It increases the chances of pregnancy in women who have a problem with ovulation (release of an egg) or have a condition called polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Ovanac-CC Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ovanac-CC Tablet1 and Ovanac-CC Tablet2 which treat female infertility.

Ovanac-CC Tablet helps in the production and development of healthy eggs in women. This improves fertility in women and increases the chance of a successful pregnancy. It is commonly used in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who experience infertility. Take this medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor.

Side effects of Ovanac-CC Tablet

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

How Ovanac-CC Tablet works

Ovanac-CC Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Clomiphene and Acetylcysteine which treat female infertility. These medicines work by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation).

Breast feeding

Ovanac-CC Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Driving
UNSAFE
Ovanac-CC Tablet may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Ovanac-CC Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Ovanac-CC Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
UNSAFE
Ovanac-CC Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

What if you forget to take Ovanac-CC Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Ovanac-CC Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

It is ideal to have sex after 5-10 days of taking Ovanac-CC Tablet. However, your doctor may examine you regularly during the treatment and suggest you the best possible days.

For how many cycles can I take Ovanac-CC Tablet?

Your treatment with Ovanac-CC Tablet may be repeated by the doctor until you get pregnant. However, treatment with Ovanac-CC Tablet can be repeated only for up to 4 menstrual cycles.

What are the common side effects which I can experience while taking Ovanac-CC Tablet?

The most common side effects associated with Ovanac-CC Tablet are hot flushes (red and warm face), stomach discomfort, and breast pain. Most of these symptoms are temporary. However, if they persist, check with your doctor as soon as possible.
