Yes, Prosteride Tablet 5 mg decreases the size of the prostate gland in patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It is a condition in males wherein there is enlargement of the prostate gland. Prosteride Tablet blocks the enzyme responsible for the production of dihydrotestosterone and lowers the level of dihydrotestosterone, which is responsible for increased size of prostate.
