Revelol-AM 25/5 Tablet ER is a combination of two medicines. Both medicines work to lower blood pressure but in different ways. Together they help relax blood vessels, reduce heart rate, and make it easier for the heart to pump blood around the body. This leads to lower blood pressure. If blood pressure is controlled, the risk of a heart attack, stroke, or kidney problems is also reduced.
