Soloxan-RD Injection is a prescription medicine which is a combination of two medicines that are used in cancer treatment. It prevents the growth and multiplication of cancer cells, thus helps in destroying the tumor.

Uses of Soloxan-RD Injection
Benefits of Soloxan-RD Injection
In Cancer
Soloxan-RD Injection is a combination of two medicines Ifomaside and Mesna. It is used to treat various cancers such as testicular cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer, cancer of the ovaries (cancer that begins in the female reproductive organs where eggs are formed), cancer of the cervix, and cancer that forms in muscles and bones. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Mesna present in Soloxan-RD Injection reduces the risk of inflammation and bleeding of the bladder which is a very serious side effect of treatment with Ifosfamide. Drink at least 1-2 litres of water every 24 hours during the treatment process to stay hydrated.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
