Sucrafil DS Oral Suspension

Sucrafil DS Oral Suspension is prescribed to get relief from acidity and bloating.
Avoid taking soft drinks, citrus fruits like orange and lemon, which can irritate the stomach and increase acid secretion.
Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Sucrafil DS Oral Suspension.
Keep sipping water or have sugar-free gum in order to relieve dryness in the mouth.
Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor.
Incorporate the following lifestyle changes in order to prevent acidity:
1. Make sure you eat regular meals and drink plenty of water.
2. Avoid spicy and fatty fried food.
3. Lose weight if you are obese.
4. If you are a smoker, consider giving up.
5. Don't drink too much alcohol.
6. Do not go to bed immediately after taking a meal. Sit in a relaxed position for some time for better digestion.

Suffering for dull stomach ache since 2 days. Pain was first at the top of the belly button but has now shifted to around the belly button on both the right and left side. Stools normal, flatulence normal. Started HP Kit yesterday morning. Had waterly stools and flatulence with bad odor. Pain in the night is bad. Haven't slept since 2 nights. On bland diet. Went to a this morning. Asked to discontinue HP kit and instead just do Pantocid DSR twice and Sucrafil if pain is there. Per his clinical assessment a USG / Upper GI endoscopy isn't required. I'm right now just bothered about the pain and if Sucrafil will help. Had Mucaine Gel earlier this morning but effect was temporary for 1 hr.
