This means your heart does not get enough oxygen. Top Nitro 10mg Transdermal Patch relaxes the muscles and blood vessels in your heart so more blood (and oxygen) gets to your heart. This reduces the pain and discomfort that angina causes.

Top Nitro 10mg Transdermal Patch prevents angina by relaxing the blood vessels so that the heart does not have to work very hard. Also, relaxation of coronary arteries increases the oxygen supply to the heart.
Can I take sildenafil if I am taking Top Nitro 10mg Transdermal Patch?
No, you should not take Top Nitro 10mg Transdermal Patch if you have taken sildenafil. Taking these two medicines together may increase the risk of excessive fall in blood pressure, which is hazardous. Maintain a gap of at least 24 hours if you have to use Top Nitro 10mg Transdermal Patch after taking sildenafil.
