Do not use this medicine more than the recommended dose. Inform your doctor if you have known allergies from this medicine. The common side effects of this medicine include thinning of the skin, dry skin, burning, irritation, itchiness, and redness at the application site.

In Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a skin problem in which skin cells build up and form scales and dry patches which are itchy and painful. Applying Ultravex S6 Ointment helps manage psoriasis symptoms like itching, pain, redness, swelling or irritation. It moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. Clean and dry the affected area before applying Ultravex S6 Ointment. Use it atleast 2-3 times a day or as prescribed. You may see change in your skin appearance after few weeks.
In Eczema
Eczema is a condition in which patches of skin swells and becomes dry, itchy, rough and red. Ultravex S6 Ointment moisturizes the skin and helps reduce dryness and itchiness. How Ultravex S6 Ointment works
Ultravex S6 Ointment is a combination of two medicines: Halobetasol and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Halobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Halobetasol into the skin.
