How Careprost Plus Products work

Bimatoprost + Timolol is a combination of two medicines: Bimatoprost + Timolol1 and Bimatoprost + Timolol2. Bimatoprost + Timolol1 is a prostaglandin analogue while Bimatoprost + Timolol2 is a beta blocker. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
