Side Effects of Cofstop-CDX are Polyuria, Urinary retention, Sedation, Respiratory disorder, Vomiting, High blood pressure, Nervousness, Tremors, Decreased appetite, Increased heart rate, Dizziness, Hallucination, Discomfort when urinating, Pale skin, Headache, Nausea, Double vision, Heartburn, Weakness, Diarrhea, Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), Dryness in mouth, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Convulsion.

How Cofstop-CDX Products work

Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide1 and Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide2, which relieves dry cough. Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide1 is an antiallergic which helps reduce cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger, histamine. Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide2 is a cough suppressant which relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough center in the brain.
