Common

Side Effects of Espin TM are Nausea, Taste change, Diarrhea, Upset stomach, Ankle swelling, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Numbness of extremity, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Increased potassium level in blood, Decreased blood pressure, Tiredness, Sleepiness, Palpitations.

How Espin TM Products work

S-Amlodipine + Telmisartan is a combination of two medicines: S-Amlodipine + Telmisartan1 and S-Amlodipine + Telmisartan2 which lower blood pressure effectively. S-Amlodipine + Telmisartan1 is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and S-Amlodipine + Telmisartan2 is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
