How Metrodent Products work

Metronidazole + Clotrimazole is a combination of two medicines: Metronidazole + Clotrimazole1 and Metronidazole + Clotrimazole2. Metronidazole + Clotrimazole1 is an antibiotic which kills bacteria and other infectious microorganisms by damaging their DNA. Metronidazole + Clotrimazole2 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their protective covering.
