Common

Side Effects of Telmik-Trio are Nausea1a, Taste change, Constipation, Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Ankle swelling, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Edema (swelling), Increased potassium level in blood, Slow heart rate, Numbness of extremity, Cold extremities, Decreased blood pressure.

How Telmik-Trio Products work

Cilnidipine + Metoprolol Succinate + Telmisartan is a combination of three medicines: Cilnidipine, metoprolol and telmisartan. They work by different mechanisms to provide better control of blood pressure when single or dual therapy is not effective. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Metoprolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate.
