How Tobaflam Products work

Loteprednol etabonate + Tobramycin is a combination of two medicines: Loteprednol etabonate + Tobramycin1 and Loteprednol etabonate + Tobramycin2. Loteprednol etabonate + Tobramycin1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy. Loteprednol etabonate + Tobramycin2 is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth in the eye by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
