This side effect is usually not harmful. However, discoloration of urine can be a sign of liver damage. Call your doctor if you have discoloration of urine with stomach pain, loss of appetite, and jaundice (yellowing of your skin or eyes).
Can I discontinue Mycurit 3 Tablet if I feel well?
No, do not discontinue Mycurit 3 Tablet. Take the proper course of the drug that has been prescribed to you even if you begin to feel better. If you stop taking Mycurit 3 Tablet, your infection may become worse and difficult to treat. It may even result in drug-resistant TB i.e. drugs you were taking may no longer work for Tuberculosis.
Can Mycurit 3 Tablet cause visual impairment?
Mycurit 3 Tablet contains Ethambutol, which may cause visual impairment. Inform the doctor immediately if you notice any changes in your eyesight.
